Your survey is also your entrance into our annual give-a-way. One participant will be chosen at random to win this 43″ Roku HD TV. 

Contest Disclosure:
This survey will be open until February 28th, at 11:59pm. There is no purchase necessary to enter, limited to one entry person, you must be 18 and older to win the prize. Winner will be chosen at random once the contest has ended and notified directly. If the winner does not respond with in 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.
